Gerard’s Garage is Loghouse Creatives Limited’s workspace for approved staff, clients and production partners. It keeps project information, schedules, files, approvals and financial records together.
From brief to delivery
Approved users can follow the projects assigned to them, share files and messages, review work and keep track of decisions. Administrators manage access and configure connections to external services. Creating an account does not automatically grant access to client work.
Google connections
An authorized Loghouse administrator can connect a Google account to keep Garage project and campaign schedules in a selected Google Calendar. Garage creates, updates and removes linked all-day events. This synchronization does not invite clients and does not import changes made in Google Calendar back into Garage.
Separately configured Google Drive and Sheets connections organize project folders and files, and record activity in a selected spreadsheet. These connections require their own authorization and configuration.
Other connected services
When configured, Zoho Books connects customer and finance records; Lipila handles payment requests; Mailchimp updates audience information; and email and browser push deliver notifications. Availability depends on configuration, permissions and successful provider verification.
